Stuck in Runescape Limbo!

I was on the way to KDB and before i went down the ladder the lesser demons attacked me so my auto relalitate started attacking.. i kept clicking on the ladder and when i finally went down i tryed to relatiate back to the demons and walked straight through the wall into level 38 wild and all i see it my char in a black background. Please help if you have any Character unstuckers or reset that would be nice thanks.
