Attention to those who applies for Staff.

Well i seen a few things, that has been bothering me, People who just joins, applies for Staff, and its Annoying its just taking up space, therefor if you do so, You Will be Denied and your Thread will be Locked. You must prove yourself worthy of Staff Befor applying for one, and you CAN NOT tell us that you think someone should be staff in the Promote/Demote Section UNLESS they have a Staff Application First. Otherwise we well not know anything about them and WHAT They can do for us. If no one follows this, it will be Denied/Locked without any discussions, and if it CONTINUES, you will not be seeing Staff Spots in the future. Thank you.
